The NJ Supreme Court just ruled 4-3 to grant gay couples equal rights and benefits as straight couples. Whether that translates as full civil marriage or the cop-out of civil unions is up to the State Legislature.
Will this energize the Social Conservatives in the November elections or give hope to the Social Liberals that there is some semblance of progress left in America?
Either way, looks like I'll finally get to have my glitz-tastic, gay Indian wedding ceremony in Edison after all.
