Dancing Girls and Dirty Martinis

Only one more week till Casino Royale premieres! Woo woo.

Here is a title sequence from the '85 007 movie, A View to A Kill. It was craptastic, but hey, it had Christopher Walken and Grace Jones in it! The title song was sung by Duran Duran and is possibly one of my most favorite songs ever...

If you've never seen a Bond film, they usually begin with the gun barrel intro, followed by a 3-5 min teaser before fading into 3 min long opening title sequences - usually of silhouetted, dancing women, guns, images of communism and/or the other villians, etc.

Growing up, I always wanted to direct a title sequence for a Bond film, they were basically my first glimpse at sexuality and nudity - despite it being female.

The following one is very 80's. Maurice Binder (the designer of the first 16 openings) must've been on a new wave and coke-fueled binge when he directed it, maybes thats why I LOVESSSS IT
